Premium Package

- Collaboration with your personal Medical and Mental Health Team
- Offer of a personalized 30-minute yoga routine curated by a certified yoga teacher.
- 3 or 6 month program lengths
- $129 per month. Discounts are available for payment in full at the start of the program.

- For the person who wants to make big changes!
- Includes all items from beginner and premium packages AND
- Complimentary food sensitivity test shipped directly to your address (a $200+ value!)
- 12 Hour daily access to a health coach for timely answers to any health- or nutrition-related questions or concerns.
